First check that the link opens normally in Safari and that the video is publicly viewable — private, age-restricted, or region-locked content generally cannot be retrieved. If the link works in Safari but not in ClipSave, the source site has likely changed its format; email us the link and we'll look into it.

Saved files appear in ClipSave's library inside the app. From there you can share a file or export it to the Files app or Photos. Files stay on your device and are removed if you delete the app.

Open Settings on your device, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select ClipSave and choose Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app on its own does not cancel a subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds have to go through Apple as well — we're not able to issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you purchased with.

Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't appear, email us and include the receipt Apple sent you.
